Excellent. Steve was thorough in diagnosing a bad heating element and a compromised thermostat in our Samsung dryer. He was on site within a few hours of my initial call to him and had parts on hand to fully repair the dryer. He has MANY years of repair experience and was a true professional and pleasant to have in our home . His cost was very fair for the amount of work done. Dryer is working like new again. Will definitely use Trueblood again.

Steve Trueblood worked like professionals used to: stayed at the job until it was done well, which ended up taking much longer than expected because of the complicated difficulty built into this brand and type of stove. He was very pleasant under what turned out to be an unpleasant job. What was expected to take less than an hour turned into a 3-hour job, but he insisted we pay only the regular house call fee and no more.

During the process of replacing the drum, Steve explained to me the problem, how it likely happened, and the importance of the shipping bolts. He also assured me that I would still be able to use it while we waited for LG to ship the new drum. He made sure to lay something down on my carpet so it didn't get dirty during the process and he even went a step further to explain to me functions on the washing machine that I was unaware of and how LG recommended using much less detergent than I had been originally. For a warranty job, he was still very professional and friendly and provided me with so much extra info that he was not required to do

My washing machine has digital controls and simply stopped mid-cycle. My dryer was inefficient and very noisy which was odd in that they were both high-end appliances and relatively new (4 years). My daughter's washing machine had also stopped mid-cycle. Quick response. Repaired my washer, my dryer and my daughter's washer all for under $200 including parts and the service visit. Honest -- I would highly recommend Steve Trueblood.
