Tri-state Kitchen & Bath

They estimated it should only take three days at the most to install the shower after the pieces were ready.  Every time they showed up, they seemed to be missing pieces.  After a week, they acted like my shower was complete but looked like it was still missing moldings on the ceiling.  I would call the person in charge of the project each time I needed to know when they would return to add more pieces but he never returned my phone calls.  The men would just randomly show up to work on it.  I called several times for them to complete the work with  no response.  The agreement was that I pay half up front and the other half upon completion.  The office called me for the remainder of the money yet they had not completed it.  It took over two weeks for it to be completed.  The end result was satisfactory but the trouble I went through to get there was not fun.
