"[Member Name Removed], I’m sorry we weren’t able to please you. We will be working to improve our customer service. We did inform you that we don’t warranty flash floods. I think we had some miscommunication between the application and your calls. You stated you wouldn’t pay for more material to be re applied but we’re still more than happy to come try and resolve the issue, just not completely at our cost as we explained.
