UPDATE TO OUR PREVIOUS REVIEW THIS COMPANY TEMPERATURE PRO WOULD NOT RESPOND TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.. THEY REFUSED AND.. WE HAD A TECHNICIAN FROM A DIFFERENT HVAC COMPANY . IN WRITING.. OUR UNIT IS NOT " TOTALED " . NEEDS A NEW COMPRESSOR THAT ALL. THE TEMPERATURE PRO TECHNICIAN LIED TO ME , THEN AGAIN HE NEVER DID CHECK THE WHOLE UNIT AS I SAID IN PAST REVIEW. THEY ( TEMPERATURE PRO) CAUSED OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO NOT FIX THE SIMPLE PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THE WHOLE UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ABD WE WERE MISSING THE LAST MATIENCE REPORT, BUT THEY WOUKD HAVE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR !!! OVER 110 + DEGREES..WITH THE HEAT INDEX. MYSELF HAVING SUCH TROUBLES BREATHING TROUBLES.. I DEMANDED AND STILL DO THAT OUR REFUND OF 75$ BE RETURNED BY YOU US ! . TEMPERATURE PRO DOES NOT STSND BY SNY GUARANTEE.

1ST .. WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS THAT CAUGHT ALL OF THIS ..... This company was very hard to reach out to first of all and then when a technician did come out , he only spent a short time looking at the unit. We had noticed that the air blowing out of the vents was not cold. Our outside unit was turning on and off , spinning as usual and no noise . Our inside parts were blowing, and doing even else as per usual ..just did not have cold air coming out . Our indoor part is located in the attic which he did NOT even enter. He sent a young teenager that accompanied him that day into the attic who in fact took only pictures from a distance ( did not approach unit ) NEITHER ONE OF THEM DIAGNOSED MY UNIT. The technician stood on a ladder with his head up into the attic but DID NOT enter. The technician came back inside my home and told me that our WHOLE unit was " Totaled his words. Told me it could not be repaired would have to be replaced. Kept his head down, did not look me in the face . Said it would be alot of work and time in a way that was showing us he really was not enthusiastic about helping me. I had explained that ahead of time to this company that I am disabled with breathing problems due to COPD and it was getting difficult to breathe in the hot house .. The technician and young boy left and was to call me after talking to the warranty company. I had also EXPLICITLY ASKED for a quote on how much it would cost if we ended up paying out of pocket. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE about that . I did get a text message from the technician before the end of that day offering to see if his boss would let him fix our compressor so we could get our ac running, but says the other parts would soon stop working and that could be a waste of money. I told him back in text to let me know what, how they were going to help fix our AC AND again needed the estimate of how much to fix our Totaled unit. Mind you all again, the only thing noticeably wrong when we called for help was that our AC was blowing out not cold air . The outside unit was running and not making noise. The inside would kick on and kick off and blow .. we just did not have cold air .. Day after day we waited and contacted TEMPERATURE PRO, asking for our estimate or waiting for something to get fixed. THEY NEVER RESPONDED AT ALL . GHOSTED US AS THOUGH MY HEALTH/ LIFE DIDNT MATTER. THEY GOT PAID THEIR SERVICE FEE ! I had complained to the warranty company also who were very apologetic. I finally texted the company and demanded we get our service fee returned to us.. Well., they did not cash it until TODAY !!! THE NERVE THIS COMPANY MAY HAVE SOME HONEST PEOPLE WITH GOOD REVIEWS ..BUT IM 65 YEARS OLD AND IM BAD HEALTH AND GOING TO TELL YOU ALL THE TRUTH. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL DAY TODAY TO RESPOND AGAIN AND AGAIN NOTHING NEXT REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS

We had them check our hvac, and we decided to wait until it is having a problem. I was impressed that they didn't try and pressure me into buying a new unit. I will definitely be calling them when it is time to replace the unit. They were a pleasure to do business with.

They showed up in time, which is a BIG PLUS and gave me advice to keep it from breaking again.

HVAC system breakdowns on cold Friday night are no fun. Temperature pro was very responsive and took care of issue 1st thing on Saturday morning 9 am. Technicians were knowledgeable and to the point. They advised us with best practices to avoid problems in future.Simply the best service in North West Arkansas. Very responsive and professional. I will recommend temperature pro to anyone any day.

Update: The owner of the company came to our house this weekend and apologized/offered a refund. I have increased the customer service rating of this company. Original review: We had Jeff come out yesterday and he did not fix our issue but instead created completely new problems. He installed a new thermostat and wired it incorrectly. The heats strips were on and hot air blew in my house all night and it was so hot that it liquified hair products and toothpaste in my bathroom for example. Because of the problem he created The pan overfilled in the attic - which was completely dry and was not part of the original issue he was called out to address I have water damage on my ceiling. Paint also bubbling all walls. I had to have another company come out and fix the issues that were created by Jeff and now I am unable to get in contact with them.

Jeff came right out to look at the furnace of my renter on a Sunday afternoon. He didnâ t have the part but returned the next morning and made the repair. All good.

Very happy and it was very quick

Jeff explained what he was doing and why? Let me watch him work. Told me what to watch for that would indicate my heat pump wasn't working properly. He was easy to understand. My house is warm again.

11-1-21 Jenny and I want to express what a great job and how professional your technician was. Our heater was having an issue and the cooler days were rapidly upon us. Jeff was very professional and had no problem with me looking over his shoulder while he was working. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Come to find out, the culprit was a faulty wire that another company had replaced last summer. Jeff followed up with us the next day to ensure that the heater was still operational. Pats on the back are far and few between when it comes to customer service, however, please let Jeff know he is appreciated and we have found our go to for HVAC service from now on.
