I was extremely impressed with Roto-Rooter. The technician, Jikko, called to let me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He was on time. After explaining the issue, he got to work. I ended up have 3 clogged spots in the drainage system. I highly recommend!

They were excellent. I called about 6 p.m. the night before and he was able to come out the first thing next morning. He cleared up the problem within 30 minutes and was gone. What stood out to me was his quickness and professionalism. I will use him again in the future.
