NWA Cell Phone Repair

Jason, the owner, agreed to replace the broken glass of my Ipad 3.  It was available within 24hrs to be picked up.  That's great if I didn't have to go back because of inferior work.  The problem was that there were dust spots from the inside of the glass.  Jason agreed to redo the work.  After I picked it up, there were even more dust spots from the inside.  Jason suggested that it was beneath the $40.00 screen protector.  The only way to verify without taking the back off would be to take off the screen protector.  Once I did, i quickly determined that the dust spots were indeed underneath the glass.  So, i went back and asked Jason to please be very meticulous on how he does the work.  After all, this is his profession.  The fourth time didn't do the trick either,  In fact, now the glass had finger print marks beneath the screen.  I was adamant that Jason finally resolve the problem.  On the fifth attempt, Jason replaced the glass, rather than using the same glass over and over again.  The Ipad still had finger print marks scattered beneath the glass.  I left it there for the sixth time but this time Jason said that he could not do it.  So, I asked for my money back.  He said that he could not give me a refund.  On one of the occasions, I heard Jason tell his assistant to tell the customer that he could not find water damage to the Iphone.  When his assistant said that she could, Jason informed her to tell the customer that they could not find any water damage regardless.  
Jason tries to do a good job but falls short on integrity.  If the work is simple and he doesn't screw it up, everything is fine.  If not, he will take a less than honorable way out for his own benefit, not you, the customer.  Better to pay a bit more than to patronize someone that would take advantage of you if the circumstances warrant it.
