I was so impressed that the manager came to my house before services, went through my house so she would know how long it would take, and explained what her people did so that my house would be deep cleaned. She also came the first day her people cleaned and made sure they did an amazing job. They come once a month now and I know that my house will be spotless when they finish. I would recommend them to anyone, not only for the excellent work they do, but for the reasonable fee they charge!

Arrived on time scheduled and did a thorough cleaning of the house. My kitchen sink hasn't looked this good since we put it in. Working full time and two teenage boys, I didn't think my house could get this clean unless the boys were away at camp.

These folks are very good. On time, quick, but excellent service. They don't waste time. They bring all their own supplies but will use any special request supplies you have at your home. I am going to be using them monthly going forward. Great job!

They came out to the house, walked through the place, told me the approximate clean time for each room, gave me their rate & said if their clean time went over what they quoted, there would be NO additional charge. They were supposed to be here at 8:00 a.m. 6/22. Did not show up. I gave them until 9:00 & called, got their voicemail, left message, no return call. Gave them until 10:00 & called again, got their voicemail again, left message about how unprofessional they were. I had scheduled carpet cleaners to be out to the house today at 9:00. Had to postpone them until I get someone else to clean the house first. Have cataract surgery for my mom on Mon, follow-up appt for her on Tue, doc appt for me on Wed, & I only have the house until 6/30. Needless to say, Multi-Klean SUCKS on all categories. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. So very sorry I allowed them to waste my time. Hope they won't waste yours.

It was terrible - just terrible. I had 2 days to get out of my old house and move into this one which had had college age tenants in it; it was dirty but not damaged; so I hired this service to do a deep clean on an empty house so I could move right in. This was to include drawers, closets, shelves, floors, light switches, ceiling fans, etc. They did a terrible job. It was the worse experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. Then when I get the bill - she wants $590 to not clean an empty house. She charged my credit card (how'd she get the number?). I filed a complaint with the credit card company, who reversed the charges and canceled that card number. To give you an idea of how outrageous $590 is, I paid another company $80 to do it right. The photos below were taken AFTER she said she had cleaned the house!

Janeth and her crew always do a great job. Before Janeth, I would always tree over having someone come clean my home. I often found myself cleaning before the cleaning people came. I don't do that with Janeth's crew. They are efficient and don't mind doing an extra task if I didn't have time to take are of it before they arrive.

After hiring another cleaner to come in and clean up when our remodel was finished and finding their work unacceptable, we found Janeth. She brought a team of 10 people to clean closets, inside cabinets, bathrooms, etc. They worked quickly and diligently to rid our home of that annoying white dust that seems to last forever. We were so pleased with their work that we decided to hire them again for bi weekly cleaning. Janeth's staff is trustworthy and professional. I can count on them to get the job done as quickly as possible and as completely as needed. We have had other cleaners in the past, but Janeth and her crew exceeded our highest expectations!

It was hit or miss. Sometimes it was adequate, but the last time they cleaned for about 1 hour and I paid them $135.00 and failed to check their work due to an issue we had with my wife's illness. They often did not clean under beds, nor move chairs to clean. The workers were Hispanic and most couldn't speak or understand basic English. The owner is also Hispanic and was difficult to communicate with. My wife had several medical emergencies and there was some miscommunication about when they would come to clean. It was due to my mistake, but owner said they would discontinue service since we thought we were so important and hard to please. I told the owner that she would have difficulty with success with her poor communication skills and the way she acted unprofessionally when I sent her a photo of the dust under the beds they had agreed would be vacuumed. She said sometimes things got skipped but we should just clean the house ourselves since we are hard to please.

"Responding to this message. It looks like the client do not have enough insulting me and my crew by txt, saying things that it make me thing that he is a complete rascist person. Our cleaning services is very competitive and we all are very hard workers , but He could not understand and respect my pain about my hard situation when my husband past away just few week before. On top of that, he was giving me a hard time not complying with he's schedule. Even do. We do provide the services and we had not problem to redo the unsatisfactory areas if he had called waiting 24 hours to let us know , but he let me know after almost 20 days and only to excuse he's self, because he feel embarrassed about refuse services the same day of he's schedule with out giving explanation or call us before. The ladies drove there 45 minutes for nothing. When the ladies showed up and he want change he's schedule he's self at the last minute the ladies was already there. Regarding the language. I am able to understand, reading and writing English, but he is trying anything to make us look bad, I don't understand why he don't mentioned anything about this issue before? He has been having problems with all other cleaning companies had worked for hem in the past. Now I know why. And also talk bad about the last cleaning when they switch with Multiklean. If he has problems with our communication, how could be making business with me all this 4 months if he wasn't happy or our language was not understandable ? He never complains until now. It doesn't make sense to me. All I can say is; I will pray for this person to be better person every day and Lot of my Blessings. God Bless all he's family too. I also respect anyone review. Everybody is different and I respect all my clients all the time. Thank u"

I had them do my cleaning for almost a year. At first it was just great, after 6-7 months they began to get more and more sloppy until I had to call after each cleaning and complain about something not getting done. Evuentally both parties agreed to pare ways.

The company NEVER called me to set up a time for the service I paid upfront for. So I had to call Angie's List to get my $ back.
