I bought a fixer upper over the summer. After meeting John, I quickly realized he was extremely knowledgeable. We hired his company to remove popcorn ceiling, replace all the flooring, cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances, paint the whole house, etc! It looks like a new house. We're very happy with the results, I highly recommend this company for your next project.

Excellent work. Oscar was neat and worked all the time he was here. John, the owner, was helpful and was very open to requests. The Job entailed wood replacement that wasnâ  t known about but they replaced it and did a great job. At the end it was an added bonus to find out everything came in under the estimate. Highly recommend

The project was to power wash my deck & front porch then stain the deck and lt gray cement paint. I also asked to have one railing replaced as it had bowed. They did an excellent job and my porch and deck look stunning. With their help I should have a lot of interested buyers real soon.

John was super great to work with and give updates through out the process!

We are so happy with John and RJ's work! They did a fantastic job re-painting the exterior of our home. They truly took the time to make sure it was done well and done right. I will be looking to them for any future projects we may need done!

I cannot express how wonderful John and RJ are!! Not only do they do amazing work, they also are amazing people. John & RJ came to our home to paint the outside of our house and did a fantastic job! Because of this, we also hired them a few weeks later to install tile in 3 of our bedrooms; they did NOT disappoint!! I'm so extremely pleased with how everything turned out! John is always happy to answer any questions, going out of his way to ensure things are done correctly and following up to make sure you're happy with what work has been completed. RJ is so great! He's detail oriented and ensures things are done correctly and efficiently. It's not everyday that you hire people to do a bit of work for you to improve your home and walk away with a couple of friends. I'm so very glad that we found them for these couple of projects and we will hire them again for any future needs as well.

We had a new 10 x 16 shed that needed to be painted. Modern Makeovers had a very reasonable bid, so we decided to hire them. What an excellent job! They took pride in their work. I'd hire them again.

John is reliable and he does what he says he is going to do. He is very reasonable with his prices and when he says that it will be finished on a certain time he makes sure that it is finished. He just tiled a shower for us and his tile work is excellent! I would highly recommend Modern Makeovers, LLC!

Wow! Modern Makeovers transformed our exterior with a beautiful exterior paint job. They had a strong estimate and performed a high quality paint job. Call these guys if you need any work done. I will be calling them when we replace our flooring.

John Gallien, owner of Modern Makeovers, supervised and helped paint our house (3) colors. We noted John inspected each section of new paint applied, and where needed re-painted the area . Himself. John and his helper were quick to advise us on paints being used. We were very pleased with their work... quick and thoroughly proficient. Without a doubt we will be calling John whenever we need any painting done... Absolute professional in his work. He and his helper were always cheerful and worked with an ease borne of competency.
