Woke up to a flooded kitchen because the water valve under my sink busted. Called them at 7am and I assume an answering service took a message. Received a call back by 8am, and they were able to make it out that day by 2pm. Called me when they were on their way, showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. Great service and good prices.

It was a pleasant, successful experience from beginning to end. They have live office personnel to answer the phone, answer questions, and book the jobs -- no answer phone or automated messages. Kari was consistently knowledgeable, polite, and cheerful. Stephen and Zac were punctual, efficient, organized, neat, skilled, and mannerly. I couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely use Mayes Plumbing and Heating again.

Our water billed doubled in one month. We knew we had a leak. But where? This company came the day I called. After checking indoors they deduced the leak was in the line in the front yard. They could not repair it right away but came back two days later. They were able to locate, excavate and repair the leak in one afternoon. The yard looks pretty good for the trench dug and then back filled. I will call them again.

We always use Mayes Plumbing for our plumbing needs, so we called them about our leaking toilets, and the service man came exactly when they had us scheduled. (They offered to come the same day we called but the next day was more convenient for us.) So their promptness was excellent. I liked the fact that he didn't have to go running some place to get parts...they were all on his truck. He was very neat, and did not leave any and quot;messand quot; around the working area. He got the work done in an hour., and he itemized every charge so the bill was easy to understand. Mayes Plumbing gives a Senior Citizen Discount, so we saved $15.45 there. He was pleasant, quiet, and we were very pleased with his work. We offered to pay him that day, but he said to wait until we received our itemized statement.

The two men who came out and did all this work for me were very professional and couldn't have been kinder. They worked non stop and kept me very informed of what they were doing and finding at all times. I would definitely recommend this company. I was so pleased with them that I called there employer and thanked him for having such employees!

Very professional and competent.

Most of my jobs were not straight forward, but fraught with complications. The plumber was a and quot;problem solverand quot;! He was professional and of very good humor. All the jobs came in UNDER the estimate. The office is very responsive and all work done with 48 hours of my calls.
I was delighted with how the plumber worked with my 86 year old mother who is very hard of hearing. He was kind and accommodating.................and the company gives a 10% discount to seniors.
I will continue to a repeat customer. I've not tried their heating and air services, but given these experiences I will call them when needed.
