Very nice people to deal with, a family operation, including the lady who answers the phone. She is also very knowledgable. They were on time & fixed it promptly. Actually I thought I had a much bigger problem than just the loose caps (from the freezing cold we had been having) The only issue I have is that I am far enough away that I have to pay a mileage charge. Very understandable considering the high price of gasoline. Not complaining about that, just wish they were closer! I really don't remember the exact cost, but it was a service call plus the mileage (about 35 miles)

I have had several jobs done by Bill. This last time he was kind enough to wait for me as I was running late to meet him - a terrible no-no when dealing with plumbers. Even after 15 minutes, he remained cheery and kind when I arrived.
PS I don't recommend making a habit of running late to meet contractors.
