I stopped by their office at 5:00pm. The owner was there I walked in and said they were closed, but asked what I was needing anyways. I told him of my misfortune of tackling this plumbing job myself and it backfiring. He called a Tech that was returning from a job, told him what I was needing and Told me he would be at my house in an hour. He repaired the wall faucet w/ in 5-10min.

Sent a technician out that clearly could not figure out what was wrong with the heating unit. This was evidenced by repeated calls to the office. Finally said there was a defrost board that was shorted out, replaced board. Unit still not working correctly called office again. Sent same tech out. Technician was unable to correct problem. Cold air blowing out of some vents, warm air out of others. Technician stated I had a vent problem. I told him he did not know what he was talking about that there was nothing wrong with vents and that he had not correctly diagnosed the problem. He left without fixing the unit. This was Saturday unit still not working. Comes back again this time with someone that knew what they were doing. Diagnosed the problem. Asked technician for the alleged defective defrost board, I knew there was nothing wrong and he knew the same. Replaced a part unnecessarily and would not reimburse me for the labor that was unnecessary. Needless to say I would not let them touch by unit. Want reimbursement for the 334 dollars, will pay for the service call of 100 dollars.
