Kevin called the same evening I went online. He gave a ballpark quote over the phone with the caviat that it was just a ballpark. He arrived early to our scheduled appointment. He was friendly, reliable and answered questions. He had to make several trips to his van for things and made a run for parts once he saw the situation for our leaky faucets. We would use KJ plumbing again.
