He came to build 3 walls to enable the rewire after the lightning strike, and before it was finished, we were flooded. He had to gut the entire first floor and rebuild my family room, master bedroom, and master bath. This included structural repairs, ceiling support beams, walls, cabinets, priming walls and ceilings, wood floors and the trim work. He also provided money saving advice. This process took 5 months from start to finish, and Kenneth did everything but plumbing, electrical and drywall. He was enjoyable to have in my home, trustworthy enough that I even gave him a key. He oversaw other contractors while I was out of town, and even fed my cat. He was one of the most flexible, and honest individuals I have had the opportunity to work with. No matter what I threw at him, he always said "It's nothing but a thing".
