JB's Precision Moving

Everything is fine with Justin Brown, until he makes a mistake. If you make the mistake of paying him too quickly, say goodbye to your money (he went straight to the bank and cashed the check), and don't expect him to do the right/professional thing later. This was the third time he'd moved for me, and he left four large bins in Memphis.(I'd reminded him not to forget that closet.) I didn't notice until later, and then texted him. (If they'd delivered on time...but he postponed time and time again.) No response until the next morning. His idea was to get a friend to do it on Saturday. Saturday noon comes and still no plan fixed from Justin, and no offer of any compensation for this mess. (Every day my things were still in the flat, more $.) I had to drive to Memphis and get the things myself. Still, nothing other than sorry, and then no response to my messages. Find someone who behaves like an adult professional, not a teenager who can't take responsibility for his errors. *After I left a negative review on his Facebook page, he responded that he was fine with that, and that because I wasn't there when they picked up the things, it wasn't his fault (though I'd reminded him, and pointed out that a closet in a living room isn't "hidden" - his description of the closet...lol).
