+ -1 moreThere were 3 people on site doing the work. They came on time and the 1 day they were late, they called and advised me. They completed the job in 3 days. If the client approves, they will work weekends. He provided us with before and after photos to look at as well. He has been in business for 30 years and has provided great service.
Description of Work: On March 25, 2015, Floyd Cato came out to our home to take a look at our 40 year old roof. The following day he provided us with an estimate going over what needed to be done. After receiving 3 estimates we decided to move forward with him. On our 3200 sq. ft. home, he replaced all the shingles and gave us options,replaced all the plumbing and flashing, and replaced all 3 turbines. He used a standard hammer and nails not a hand gun. This provided a more sturdy job on the shingles. They also did de-icing around the roof and replaced some of the boards that were starting to warp. They also checked the downspouts to make sure they were clean of debris. They picked up all the parts and disposed of all shingles and wood. He provided us with a 3 year warranty.
