Fairway Lawns

I Used Fairway lawns last year but decided to do the lawn myself this year. They repeatedly sent me requests to renew my service none of which said I would automatically be renewed unless I cancelled. So I receive a bill in the mail for the first service, I called and got the date and time of service and looked at my ring camera and they never even came. They also always put a sign in your yard promoting their business, there was no sign, so 1 I never authorized another year of service and 2 they never even showed up at the house. I called and spoke to a rep and they said a manager would look into it and call me back, that never happened so I figured they were embarrassed of their mistake and corrected it, then I get another bill saying they did another service after I already called and complained, after disagreeing to pay they sent my bill to collections. What a freaking joke this place is.

After two applications my yard is looking the best it has in 4 years

They actually came quicker than they said they would. The person spraying was polite and gave me some good tips on other landscaping. A week or so later I was seeing the beetles again, called them and they came immediately and resprayed at no charge. All blooming plants are thriving now, I will hire them again, also I felt they were very reasonably priced.

Technician called the day before to confirm service. He showed up as promised and treated my lawn. Lawn looks great and service prolongs time between mowing. Great service.

I have been using the company for about 7 years. The staff does an excellent job. They do what they say they will. Their pricing is competitive with the other companies in town. My husband primarily deals with the staff and has never had an issue with them. The lawn looks beautiful and we have not had any problem with weeds. They come out quarterly as scheduled.

When we first moved her 6 years ago, the trees and bushes were infested with beetles.  We called Fairway and have not had a problem in 6 years.
Using them for our grass service for 6 years also - we do not have weeds and the grass is green and healthy.  If we see what we think could be a weed issue (which may have happened once in our first year) they came out and provided another application.
Great service, the employees are friendly and if you choose to ask questions, will provide a wealth of information.

Very well. Our landscaping looks terrific and the grass has really thickened up since we bought the home and started the service. I have called them a couple of times for spot treatment and they have always responded with 1-3 days. I am rarely at home but they leave detail sheets saying what was done and watering instructions. The treatments they do in the winter months seem to pay off in the spring.

I have no issues with anything they've done. It's been nice because I don't have to go out and pull weeds.

I was having problems with dandelions, other weeds, and the grass dying. They come out quarterly and will come out if you have any problems in between at no charge. The grass is growing back and my lawn is looking fantastic. I have about an acre. I give them the highest rates and will continue to use them in the future.

They are comparable to most other lawn services; they come when they are supposed to and do what they say they will. I will use them again in the future.
