These guys have always completed the work when they said. they stayed in communication with me. they were helpful in setting me up with a rental. I did not have to return the vehicle to have it repaired again. they did the job right the first time.

Changed oil in a timely manner, always communicates well. Just do not go between 11am and 1pm and expect quick service. Technicians go to lunch during this time and it takes a bit longer. Best time is at 7am, you will be in and out before you can warm a chair!

You are able to get in and out quickly. They are good, clean, cheap and do a good job.

My dad and I were in northwest ar and since I am searching for a new car decided to stop at this dealership to check their prices. I explained tonthe salesman i have been doing months of research, have a large down payment saved and will be buying soon because inam 5months pregnant and my car is too small for a family. I wanted to look at 3 different models. One salesman started out helping us and then was replaced by another because of a stomach ache. Neither salesman seemed as if they wanted to show me any cars. The second salesman cursed, was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to look at an Equinox and he asked me what my budget was because he didn't want to show me anything out of my budget, very condescending. In the end I found a vehicle I liked and asked for his card and explained I wanted to speak with my husband but that we may be back. He wanted my phone number and became very pushy trying to get me to buy on the spot. I told him I had his card and would call if I decided to buy from him. At this point he walked away. Did not shake my hand did not offer to meet with me again. This was the worst service I have ever received from a salesman. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership.

They have a very nice waiting room and free coffee. Everyone was very friendly.

Excellent from start to finish.
