Place was very well staffed.  Followed directions i gave regarding my dog.  They returned happy and healthy.

Went great.

Our dog is two years old and a large breed. He displays what PROFESSIONAL trainers and other breeders of his breed call as "dog Aggressive". Basically he challenges every male dog that is close to his size. A National Professional Breeder explained that this trait is inherit in this breed and cannot be whispered out of them. 
At Dog Party USA they were determined to integrate him into the pack (thus they need to accept responsibility when things go bad) The option would have been to place him in a private pen knowing his inclinations. When he had an aggressive exchange with another large dog there, the attendant with him jerked him hard while yelling at him to break up the fight. Our dog, who had also been bitten and hurt, in the confusion and jerking around did regrettably bite the boy in the arm. The owner called me and said I had to come get him as he had bit an employee. 
A take away - Not all dogs want to sit around the puppy fire and sing kumbaya.
Take your dog here only if you can be 100% sure that you dog will 100% of the time get along with 100% of the total dog population.

If "humanely removed your dog from the group" means to yank them by the neck while screaming at them so be it.
I would bite you too. And if he had been observed to be more aggressive that day why in the world would you take him into a group with other strange and new large breeds.
You have too many dogs and not enough trained help.

It went great, my dog loved it. She had a great time.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! The groomer is wonderful and I loved knowing my dog won't be in a box until I could come pick her up. We recently moved out of the NWA area and have been searching (to no avail) to find somewhere half as great as dog party.

We've been using DP for 5 yrs (board 3 or 4 times a year, occasional day care and baths) The staff is great. They may not always know my name but they know the dogs and greet them by name. The facilities are tidy. The dog yards are well cared for. Even when it is super hot outside, they take great care to make sure the dogs get enough space, play time, and still avoid overheating. The boys love going to DP! They come home tired and happy which makes us happy. Initially we used our vet for boarding. As puppies our boys had severe separation anxiety (even a chain link fence between the litter mates caused panic) so we requested them to be together in a large kennel. We started getting reports of uncharacteristic behavior and fights when we picked them up. That is when we started using DP and what a blessing! Our boys behavior went back to normal and even improved. It is like they stopped trying to be people and remembered how to be healthy socialized dogs. Recently I was making plans to attend an out of town family matter that turned into a funeral and a schedule nightmare. My boarding drop off dates & pick up times changed 3 times all at the last minute. DP was great! I know they were full and had to do some fancy shuffling of dogs to make room for the boys. They were very kind and accommodating. Do make boarding reservations; holiday weekends are busy and will fill up. By the way, we still use the vet - great vet - we think they just didn't have enough time/space for exercising the dogs & caring for their patients.

the service was ok. i thought the actual cut was not very good. it looked like their tools needed sharpening.

It was a very good experience.  The price was fair, and the dog was happy during its stay.

They are very friendly and seem to be the best boarder around. However, they are a little expensive.

Wonderful! It's hard to find a good groomer for that perfect schnauzer cut but the groomer here does a wonderful job! It is expensive but worth the price to have a good groomer

He is an excellent pet groomer. They are fantastic. I use them constantly. The prices are good. They also have a boarding service with 2 or 3 acres with an 8-foot high chain link fence. The dogs are sorted by personality or size and they have a blast. It is a fun place to go to.

We LOVE Dog Party. We have 2 labs that we board together, about 3 times a year for 4 years now. The staff is really friendly and they treat our dogs like we do- like they're our kids. They love our dogs as much as we do. One day I realized that we call our dogs by their nicknames but we tell Dog Party and the vet their real names. I didn't want to leave the girls for a week without them hearing what we call them, so I told the staff at Dog Party and they call them their goofy nicknames now. We usually take their beds, blankets, and a toy. We always get them back. One of our dogs apparently has an attitude problem when we aren't around and we've had other places tell us she's tried to bite them, but we've never heard anything other than how good she is at Dog Party, and they know I worry about her being rude because of her past. They had us do a trial run before the first time we boarded them to make sure the dogs were "a good fit" when it came to the staff and group play. Dog Party is neat in that they have indoor and outdoor play areas, so your dog will get lots of supervised play time rather than spending its time in a cage. This is important to us since we usually take long trips and have to leave the girls for 5+ nights. When we're home, they spend their days outside and I can't imagine forcing them to be kenneled for a week. Once, I went to pick up the dogs and didn't recognize them because they were so dirty from playing outside. When they say your dog is going to play outside, they're not lying to you. They go straight to the play room when we drop them off, and they've always been in the playroom when we pick them up. Grooming is included in boarding. The dogs were dirty because I showed up a day early with about 10 minutes of advanced notice. They just didn't have a chance to get to the bathing before I wanted my dogs back. This is usually how it goes- I always show up early. And they always put a note on our account so we can come back at a later date and get the dogs washed, and they never charge us for the day that we'd scheduled but didn't use. Be aware that their vaccine requirements are more strict than what you usually would do, but they have that info posted on their website. They also look up your records when you book your boarding, so they let you know at that time what's missing and not the day you drop your dog off before you leave town. Again, we LOVE Dog Party!!

I have a small Schnauser-Poodle mix and a large Boxer that are best of buds.  I kept the dogs boarded for 3 nights for a weekend away.   While Dog Party keeps the large and small dogs separate, they gave my two dogs time together throughout the day and allowed them to share a large kennel at night.  This is one of the best dog day cares/boarding facilities in Northwest Arkansas.  The dogs are allowed to play outside most of the day in an area the size of a small park.  Chaddie and Patricia ensure they are staffed to meet all of the dogs needs.  Everyone at the Pet Day Care & Boarding Center are well trained to supervise to ensure all the dogs are safe and receive lots of attention.  I recommend Dog Party to everyone.
