Ordered a $7500 sectional from Brashear's in mid March. By far the most I've ever spent on a single piece of furniture, but it's what the wife wanted. It is just now being delivered on 7/21. While I understand things are crazy right now with COVID, I still find it quite ridiculous for it to take 4+ months to be delivered. Kathy at Brashear's was unwilling to make any consideration on our part. We are paying full retail with no discounts...The furniture industry is well-known to have high markups...For Kathy to be unwilling to sacrifice a small portion of her margin on such a high-priced item to keep a customer happy is unacceptable. I won't be a repeat customer.
