Great. Got free startup training on equipment. TV,s on many stationary machines Treadmills, Bikes, Elipticals. Pretty new equipment. Well maintained. Free weights. Also tried the Anytime Fitness on east 412 and would not recommend at this time. Different franchise owner.
Description of Work: Joined for free. Recovering from a damaged nerve needed to workout several times a week on my schedule. Cost included as a freebee with my Coventry Medicare insurance through a free Silver Sneakers membership. Good/complete exercise equipment, friendly, good trainers. Great place to workout 24/7. Located near Harps west of I540.

I love that I can go here anytime that I want! I have been here at times as odd as 3am and I always feel completely safe and secure. It is always clean. The bathrooms are private. The equipment is always in good working order. I have no problems with this facility, at all!!! LOVE IT!!

They are open when I want them to be. They stay open 24/7. The only way to get in is if you're a member, so it's safe if you go in the middle of the night because no random person can walk in and hurt you. Also if there is something that bothers you, there are panic buttons all around the facility. Overall they provide what a gym should have always provided. Great hours, great service, safety and a fun environment.
Description of Work: I need a flexible gym and most of them open at 5 and close at 10. This gym is open all the time.
