Avoid this company like the plague. They replaced the blower motor and it was very noisey. The repair person said that it would quite down but within an hour the unit stopped working. The motor was not balanced, burned out and broke the fan housing through vibration. Since the fan housing was no longer available, I was told that I needed an entire new furnace. The original quote was $200 and they sent me a bill for $500. I paid them the $200 and told them that I didn't think that I should have to pay an additional $300 for them ruining my furnace. They then put their lawyers upon me who filed a suit in court suing me. Because it would have cost me more than $300 to get a lawyer to defend myself, I just paid and STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY FURNACE OR AIR CONDITIONING.
