At Ace Handyman Services we believe when we do our job right, it doesn’t just improve your home’s value, it improves your quality of life. Ace Handyman Services NW Arkansas is a locally owned & operated franchise. In NWA since March 2008, we have many quality Craftsmen that are employees of our company, not subcontractors. They have all been background checked, sex-offender checked, & drug screened prior to hire. If you call with a list of repairs, you can feel confident the Craftsman we send can handle the entire list. We set up a firm appointment and the craftsman shows up on time & in uniform. Payment is due at the completion of the project, but we do not accept payment until you are 100% satisfied. Ace Handyman Services warrants all materials we purchase plus our labor for a period of one year.

A fall created a hole in my bedroom wall approximately 1 foot square. I checked Angie's List and found that Handyman Matters had excellent reviews plus a coupon. I purchased the coupon and David showed up promptly on time on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and did an excellent job repairing the hole. He was professional, polite and very personable. Handyman Matters communicated via email with me throughout the job. I would certainly recommend them and will probably use them in the future.

Handyman Matters' craftsman was on time each day, very pleasant and did an excellent job. He patched both holes, textured the finish so you could not see any sign of a repair. They will get my business again!

"We thank you for your feedback, though there was unhappiness with our pricing. We are not the lowest-cost home improvement service in the area, but we do work to meet clients' budgets. We offer a number of labor discounts, allow clients to furnish materials, and even let clients work alongside if they wish. We also offer low-cost financing. We hope that we will be afforded a second chance to please this customer!"

When we completed the job, we were under the impression everything was done satisfactory, minus the leak, which we sent out a reputable roofing company to repair. All work is guaranteed for one year from the date of service. Had we known there were items unsatisfactory, we would have been able to correct those at no charge."

This is a very professional company. They returned my call within the hour and scheduled the job for the next day. They got to the house exactly on time, did the job right the first time and cleaned up the mess when it was done. I will definitely hire them again. A little more expensive than some others but well worth it. Great Job!

I remember they were obliging when we kept adding more stuff for them to take (with a minimum additional fee.) They also climbed up in their truck when asked to retrieve and empty our Brute trash cans that had junk in them. They were courteous and efficient. We would use them again.
