The repairman put the fridge back together very sloppily and I had to redo it before I could put the meat tray back in. This was in May of 2015. We lived with thawing the fridge twice a year, and wiping up the water on the bottom once a month. In August of 2017, we took the fridge apart again - more completely than either repairman had done and discovered that the drain tube was frozen - thus no water could drain out. My husband looked on You-tube to see how others had fixed the problem. Turns out Samsung had an improved replacement part (for $7 or $8) to keep the tube from freezing. Easy to install it, and it fixed the problem. Made us wonder why neither "repairman" took the fridge apart enough to actually find the problem! That's why we decided to put this review on Angie's list.

He was very nice and prompt in getting here. He brought the parts he thought he might need to save me a second service call, but didn't need them. He told me what I need to do to make it run better.

Nice guy. I found out my lowes frig is actually a Chinese knockoff. Lowes says the small compact frig is disposable and no parts are available. Did search online and it confirmed the same thing. He was able to identify the actual manufacturers and order the correct part. He had to come out twice since. He had to order the part. Only took 1 day to get.
