The issue hasn’t been resolved yet, but so far it has gone well. There is a problem and it has not been fixed. Because it is electrical in our house, they charged nothing. I think they have done a good a job as they could.

I've never had central vac before so wasn't sure what to do. He was very helpful, trustworthy and dependable.
