Weber Auto Repair

As usual Mark Weber did a fine job. His rates are very competitive, but more importantly I know that I'm dealing with a repair shop where integrity counts more than profit. High quality work and very honest.

Mark diagnosed the problem as air in the power steering system. He replaced an O ring on the pump and put in some new fluid. He indicated that the noise should go away as the air dissipated. He also worked with us to correctly diagnose the problem, not just throw a lot of expensive parts at the problem. His diagnosis was correct and the car was like new. Awesome job!

For once I have confidence that my vehicle will be diagnosed correctly. Prices are reasonable. I can make an appointment and expect my vehicle to be worked on schedule. Mechanics are knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and friendly. They have my business.

We asked the local Firestone Retailer for their "comprehensive automobile evaluation" ($21) and they recommended front and rear brake work, as well as shock and strut replacement with a total of $1500+ in services. The car's prior owner had Used Weber for a CV joint replacement, so I took the car there to get the brakes done. Mark gave us a quote over the phone that was a little higher than the Firestone quote, but I decided to give Weber a shot at the work. I dropped off the car at 8:00AM, and by the time I got to work I had a voicemail from Mark saying that the front brakes were fine, and the shocks and struts were OK too. He said, "let's just do the rear brakes and call it a day." Total savings: $1315+. The Weber business card says "Quality Personal Service at Reasonable Prices" and that's exactly what they did for me.

It is always a pleasure to deal with this shop.  They are courteous, and give realistic estimates of their time and availability, as well as probable downtime for the vehicle being repaired.  They do quality work, and I am able to relax and trust their judgment, knowing that their honesty is above question.

I would use them again. They are nice people. I have used them for eight years.
