We have used them since we built the house in '06. They are good guys. They do a good job. They come when they say they will be here, they know what they are doing, and they keep things running. They don't overcharge, they only charge for parts if you need any, and thank fully we don't need any. Their prices have been the same since we signed the contract, and they haven't gone up. I have no complaints with them.

I have used this company for years until they came out this month, found a leak in the system, but only added coolant as part of the and quot;repair.and quot; I am military stationed overseas and this was at my rental home. The tenant told me later that they said there was a leak, but could not find the leak unless they got authorization to charge me more to look for the leak.
This would have been fine, but I talked to two people on the phone after the visit and neither of them mentioned a leak. They then wanted to charge me to come out again, and take a look once the tenant told me there was a leak.
I got no reply from the owner when I asked him if he would come back out without charging me an additional service charge.

They are very professional, prompt and competitive with pricing. One of my neighbors uses them as well and is very satisfied.
