Again, at no time was this shop concerned about consumer safety. They failed time and time again, and refused to take responsibility. I was not asking for a new car or anything outlandish. I just wanted them to properly fix what they had not originally – additionally, I want them to replace the bracket that was a bracket originally but suddenly became a “safety issue” when we went to pick up the car.
This company does not communicate with the customer – and is not at all worried about their safety. It is entirely focused on making money and pleasing the insurance company. They could care less is someone is stranded on the road due to their shoddy workmanship.

I took my vehicle to North Point Collision Center on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, and spoke to the representative and quot;assignedand quot; to me whose name is Ardy. I walked him to my truck and showed him the damage, which he then inspected himself. He assured me this was not going to be a labor intensive job and was one they could do easily. I filled out all the insurance information and contact information for myself at the front desk. I then immediately contacted my insurance company and gave them all of the information to issue the check directly to North Point. I received a confirmation email the next day from my insurance company alerting me to the fact that a check had been issued to North Point (this is important later). I did not bother them for the rest of the week because I realize that I am not their only customer and I did not want to pressure or and quot;botherand quot; them so soon. The next Monday (June 20th) I called just to check on the status of my vehicle, since I had not heard anything from them. I was told by Ardy that my truck was in the PAINT SHOP and that it would most likely be ready on Wednesday (the 22nd), but possibly on Tuesday the 21st. He said he was going right at that moment to check on the status of my truck in the paint shop and would call me and quot;after lunchand quot;.

I did not receive a call back that day. I also did not hear anything back the next day, so I called and left a message for Ardy, telling him that if my vehicle was, in fact, going to be ready on Wednesday the 22nd, I needed to know so that I could arrange for a friend to drive me to Sherwood to get my vehicle. I live approximately an hour and a half from there. I asked him to return my call. He did not. I did not receive a call on Wednesday either. By Thursday, I was getting slightly perturbed and called again. The receptionist informed me that Ardy was not at this desk and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I told her that I did not because he didn't return calls anyway. I also informed her that I had a very expensive vehicle with them that I would just like to know the status of and that I couldn't get anyone to talk to me. Ardy then called me and told me that NOW my truck was in the PAINT SHOP.....I thought it was in there on Monday???....and that it would probably not be ready until the NEXT WEEK, but that he would call me on Friday (the 24th) to let me know because it could *possibly* be ready on Saturday. He actually called the next day (Friday), but said that the paint job was not up to his expectations and that he was going to have it re-done.

I did not receive a call on Saturday to let me know if it was finished or not. On Monday the 27th, my husband went up there to get my truck whether or not it was finished since I kept getting the run around. First, they lost my paperwork and file for my vehicle and its repairs. Then, my husband was told the insurance company had not paid. I pulled the email that my insurance company had sent and read it to my husband over the phone. Then Ardy miraculously found my check. When my husband went out to inspect the work, there was paint overspray all over my truck and bonding agent all over my WHEEL. WHY it was down there and NO ONE saw it is beyond me. And for a truck that was supposedly in the paint shop 3 times, there should have been NO overspray. Is overspray and quot;up to {your} expectationsand quot;?

I do not know what is going on at North Point Collision Center, but this was the most horrendous experience I have ever had with a body shop. I used them because they are and quot;Ford Certified.and quot; I do not know what expectations and requirements Ford has for issuing their and quot;certifications, and quot; but if this is the and quot;best of the best, and quot; I am amazed. The customer service was awful, the work is STILL not right (the bottom is STILL bent), and they apparently do not know how to paint or use a telephone. I would not recommend them for any type of work whatsoever.

North Point did a really nice job repairing my Ford Explorer after an accident. The front quarter panel and the bumper that they replaced matches the rest of the car perfectly and it was done very quickly and at what we thought was a fair price.

I had a hole in my exhaust, so I thought, but it ended up being the whole exhaust system. I have never taken any vehicle there for any kind of service work before, but I would have to say that I was quite impressed with the work. Lets just say I was very happy with how quiet my car was after I left there. For the whole new exhaust system, and for them to do it, was not a bad price at all I dont think, at only around 150 dollars.

I was very happy with the work performed because they took care of the repair and dealt with all of the insurance paper work, which was nice. The shop was clean and the people were courteous. They did an excellent job and you couldn t even tell that the car had been in an accident. They answered every question I had and were completely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
