We love North Hills Animal Clinic. When we had a sick cat last year, they went out of their way to accommodate us and were very sensitive to our needs during this difficult time. Since then, we have used them for a variety of services including declawing and check ups. We love Dr. Katie and would not consider going anywhere else. The staff members are friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have a very old cat who is nearly 20 years old. Her kidneys have begun to fail and at her age, we want her to be as comfortable as possible as she comes near the end of her wonderful life. To that end, we are "infusing" her with a fluids once a week, to help stabilize her condition and rehydrate her. |Overall, the visit(s) have been going very well.

They are great! They have a brand new office that is beautiful and clean. Everyone I came in contact with were extremely kind.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. M. Baeyens since the 80's. I recently joined Angie's list and was surprised not to see the North Hills Animal Clinic, Sherwood, AR on the lists of ratings.
I like to give credit where credit is due and let people know what a great doctor she is. She is highly intelligent, professional and
sympathetic. Prices are higher. Care is excellent.
My office visit was $45.50. The other costs were for 6 month Comfortis for 5 dogs and 6 month Revolution for my cats. Comfortis is very expensive but after watching my dog scratch all day every day I had to do something. This stuff is GREAT!. I gave all my dogs their doses and you could literally see the dead fleas.
My dog was suffering from constant itching which I thought was due to allergies and turned out to be a severe allergy to fleas (inspite of Frontline). He also has a huge cyst on his back that I was concerned about (turned out I don't have to worry about it and that was a big relief). He also has very weak hips/legs(scheduled for hip x-rays for the following day because sedation is required. I was not able to make it so we're scheduled for next week).
Dr. Baeyens was very knowledgeable, instantly diagnosed my dog and scheduled immediate follow-up. She also took the time to make sure I had the appropriate doses of the Comfortis for my other dogs and the right doses of medication for my 2 cats.
She also took time from her very busy schedule to listen to me talk (and I can talk).
Great clinic.

Punctual; both the assistant and the vet were focused on helping our dog feel comfortable and stressfree. Very personable - looking forward to working with this group in the future

They do a great Job and are fantastic with the animals. They are a
little pricing compared to other vets in the area but in all things, you
get what you pay for...

We had taken an extended road trip thru the US and Canada with our Schnauzer. With in a week after arriving home the pooch was not eating, had a temp and good tell that she was sick. As it turned out blood tests revealed a dangerously low blood count and liver enzymes elevated. She was a sick puppy! The vets went overboard to discover the problem and provided really good supportive care. They called to check on her and to keep us posted on lab results that were sent out to other Diagnostic labs.
Very happy with the care that our pet received. Never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. Most times it was immediate!
Everybody is professional and extremely nice.

The veterinarian is excellent. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very nice.

The clinic is clean and top notch. I had to wait for not even 5 minutes until I was taken in and seen by the Vet. Time is money and I do not have time to sit around in the waiting room forever. Dr. Marilynn Baeyens is also really great with my dogs and I will let my dog spayed with them this month as well. I would not trust anyone else. :-) Look at their website yourself. When we dropped off the dogs, I had zero worries with them staying there for so long. I felt very different after picking them up. My dogs have prescription anxiety medicine that is only to be given as needed, and certainly not on daily basis. When we picked them up, both dogs were *very* stoned. The women told us they'd given them a pill before their baths, etc., which is completely not necessary. For the next 24 hours my dogs were barely alert. The one dog that normally does not like being boarded was reported as being fine, while the one who normally just loves it was reported as not eating, not wanting outside or anything. I'm not really sure how I feel about taking my pets back. I was fully confident after meeting one of the keepers, who spent a good half hour with us and the dogs talking before taking them back, but perhaps not everyone on the boarding staff is as dedicated as he is.

Our pets were spoiled and we got a full report card on each pet as to what they did. They also informed us of when they were fed and what kind of treats they had. There was a recess area for them to play and there was a schedule for their walking and exercising. The employees were friendly and really nice.

They took really good care of my cat when I had to leave him for a couple of nights. The people there really care about the animals as it showed in their work. Our cat seemed to like it there too. I felt their price was a bit high but they do provide good services.

We have always been completely satisfied with the way they treat our pets when we drop them off. They make sure they are fed, watered and exercised. Our animals didn t seem to mind going there. We have used them with all of our animals for about the past 15 years.

This place was great, they have clean and spacious kennels for the animals. The staff was great, they took good care of our dog. They took our dog in for one week. We went on vacation back in May. They take the animals for walks and they make sure that they have time outside of the kennels. We haven't had any problems with them.

North Hills Animal Clinic is very animal oriented and caring people. They kept my sons lab for 7 days while we were on vacation. When we came back he was in very good health. He also seemed very happy and attached to the folks at the clinic. They have now become our veterinarian as well to all of our children's families pets. They are professional in their work. They are very courteous and return any phone calls immediately. I recommend them highly.
