+ -1 moreWhen called to fix or resolve problems, he said he would be back in a day or two, but it took weeks and numerous phone calls to get him back on site. He still never resolved the main problems. When new problems arose, he was also extremely difficult to get him to show up to do warranty work. Took many phone calls to get him to eventually respond.
Description of Work: Had this guy (a 1-man business) install our complete system. Told him upfront how we wanted it designed and what our requirements were. He installed everything the way he wanted to, with no regard for our requirements.
