Kennedy air incorrectly installed my new heater and it wasn't until I had another company come out that it was finished properly. I informed Kennedy of the mistake but they had no interest in listening or making things right. I definitely would not recommend them.

The entire HVAC duct work was removed beneath the house to accommodate foundation repair & installation of joist support. The work was not easy as it was in the crawlspace. A/C cooling and heat are better distributed than before, despite the original builders undersized small return. It all went well, these folks have a pretty busy schedule, so call ahead.

"In response to the comments made. We did install the unit. We also went out on several service calls at no charge to customer to make sure the unit was working properly. On our last visit the unit was very dirty and lack of maintenance of the unit is causing unit not to work properly. An ac unit has to be maintained yearly to work properly along with your furnace. We didn't contact Lennox and a Lennox rep is suppose to be going on 06/15 to discuss the issues with the customer. We were very patient with this customer, and we tried to help her. On our last service call with this customer she was told the unit was very dirty and needed to cleaned. She agreed to pay for the service call and was told the price to clean the unit. The tech cleaned the unit and explained to the customer that it needs to have maintenance done to work properly. After tech cleaned the unit the customer refused to pay."

They do an outstanding job. I really like the representatives and the repair guys. They are really nice and gentle. They've always been very polite and considerate. They've always been very prompt in answering me. I am a person who wants best service for the money that I pay and I want the best service possible. I think they do a good job on that.

When our unit quit working we decided to get a few quotes on a full replacement of our HVAC since it was about 20 years old. We received about 5 different quotes and Kennedy had them all beat by at least $1,000. After researching the different options available, we decided that we really wanted to go with the 2-stage heating and cooling. We contacted Mr. Pool by email and he had us a new quote within a few hours. After rebates and tax credits, we ended up getting a 16.2 Seer a/c and 96% AFUE Furnace for less than most of the other companies quotes on a 13 seer unit. They had us set up for the install within a week or so we would qualify for some of the credits. The first day of the install the installers showed up on time and ready to. Chad and Cody were very courteous and professional. They answered any additional questions that we had and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. It has been 2 months since the install and we couldn't be happier with the work. We will definitely be using for our future HVAC needs.

Kennedy Air Conditioning comes to my home twice per year for routine maintenance. I have a service contract with him. They try to come at the beginning of the winter and summer. I am happy with the service they provide.

It was a complete waste of money. They did not fix my air conditioner, and I had to call somebody else to fix it. I am extremely dissatisfied with the right now.

Kennedy Air Conditioning dropped a notice in the mail to remind us it was time to have our yearly service. We've been very impressed with them. They have kept our units running smoothly for ten years or so. They are always timely and professional. The reps are nice, and they explained what they were doing and what they found.

Kennedy has always treated us great. They are extremely polite and courteous. They are also very sure to clean up after themselves and not track a mess into our home. They also always keep us informed of what they find, or if anything needs to be repaired.
