It always goes well. They are kind to people and animals alike. I have used Grooming Tails for years for my previous Chow Chow and my current baby and will continue as long as I have a dog. I have used the grooming services and boarding services and am very satisfied.

I called and made appts. Dropped dogs off around 8am and p/u around 3pm. One maltese is 18y/o and they take special care with him. They do keep the dogs together which helps older dog. You do have to pay cash or check. They do not accept debit or credit cards.

They just do a good job. I have always had good service from them especially the groomer, Sarah. She does a great job and we really appreciate her taking care of our babies. The price depends on what they are doing.

They do a good job on grooming but take too long and not ready when they said to pick them up. Lady at the front desk wasn't very nice about it either...
