I purchased a Toyota Avalon from ORR Toyota in July, 2011. The price was reasonable, the sales experience was good, the financing part was a bit weird because of some untruths one of the male office people stated about the type of credit reports used by their organization. But the car came with 2 years free service, which was to start when I got 5000 miles on the car.When the 5000 mile rolled onto the odometer, a light came on the dashboard "Required Service Due" and I called the Orr Toyota Service Department. They were able to get my car in that very day, perform the oil change and general engine/condition check, and even hand wash and vacuum the car in less than 40 minutes! When I picked up my car, the lady who gave me the receipt for the service visit (which was FREE!!!) even gave me a piece of chocolate!The service staff were pleasant and professional, and I dare say you won't find a better deal than Free anywhere!I would highly recommend dealing with Orr Toyota if only for the stellar service department!
