Color Plus Painting & Remodeling

I had contractors come by to look at the area and provide a bid. I showed them ceiling in adjacent room as a reference so they knew what we expected. They did a less than average job covering furniture, and proceeded with a crew of 4 or 5 people hand-scraping the ceiling. This made a huge mess. They did not cover stairwell walls which resulted in mud spatter over painted areas. They painted the ceiling leaving it very streaky and left the two spots they were supposed to fix looking less than desirable. I inspected the room and told them that these areas were not acceptable. They agreed to take $1,000., and collect the remaining $200 when they came back after the holidays to “fix” those two areas. I contacted them after the holiday (March 8) and they said they would have to get back to me as they were going out of town. They touched base by messenger on April 17 to say they would be in touch after 2 weeks when they have a few days off and would take care of fixing those areas. Today is July 20th and we have not heard one word from them. We do not intend to do anymore business with them. They left the house a mess, the ceiling will have to be redone, costing us even more to fix and repaint.

The floors look amazing and couldn't be more pleased! Everything was cleaned up after job was finished.

They did an excellent job! Quality work, cleaned up after the work and kept us informed on progress.

Sorry painters !! Signed deal on feb 8th . Work started Feb 26th . Was quote 3-4 weeks . Now on 5/5 work is not complete .. trash all in paint and primer bleeding through paint. Quality of work is **** .. spent more time drinking on job than doing quality work !!

I am especially impressed by not only the technical capabilities of the Color Plus crew but they were very professional and personable. The job was completed in a very timely manner but also with care and attention to detail. I have other jobs in the future for Color Plus as a result of their performance.

It went amazing!!! And when the job was finished they cleaned up after themselves...Wow!!!! Never had a company to do that....Maybe they should start a maid service LOL!!! They did an amazing job with the clean up ..Now the interior painting---it looks amazing...very professional job...We have no complaints..They made sure that we were satisfied. They caulked over holes,removed nails from pictures hanging,smoothed over rough patches...and everything.. We will be using them again in the near future for replacing our kitchen floor and countertops. The communication was great between the company and us. When the job was finished they even walked around with us just to make sure if any touchups needed to be done. We had previously used them to replace a subfloor in our kitchen and that went great. Big hats off to the owners,and crew!!! Larry was amazing through out the entire process as well as the owners. We will definetely use them again in the future..There is no need to even consider anyone else.. If you dont use them then thats your bad but we highly reccomend them.. Once you use them you will never use anyone else.Trust us. The work is very professional and the pricing is very reasonable. We whish that we would have found this company years ago.

It went amazing we had a leak in the kitchen from our ice maker in the fridge our insurance company sent people to remove part of the floor and rip up the subfloor and dry it out to prevent mold and then we were on our own. The area was in front of our sink, stove, fridge ,appliances, was very inconvenient.. We found Color Plus Painting and Remodeling on Angie's List. They came out the very next day and looked at the area, gave us an estimated price, and explained to us what needed to be done to fix it. They explained it so that we could understand it. It was crucial that we get the subfloor fixed. They worked us in to their schedule and repaired it the very next day. We were in AWE!!!! They did an amazing job. They are timely ,punctual ,very incredibly and reasonably priced. There are no hidden costs or fees. They are honest ,professional ,talented ,and customer friendly. Next they are going to replace our entire kitchen floor. We are so very excited and can't wait to see the outcome. I had prayed about the subfloor because we had no knowledge of this and my prayers were answered......we found this company: Color Plus Painting and Remodeling. There is nothing that they cannot paint, repair, remodel or fix. We Will never use any one else. There is not enough stars to give them. We will never use anyone else- no doubt in our mind-don't even have to think about it. We very highly recommend this company for any thing that you need done.. I mean they worked us in to their busy schedule to fix our subfloor...that's incredible. Before they fixed it I had to place sheets over the naked area because it had loose particle board like stuff breaking off and nails sticking up that hurt your feet even with shoes on. Trust me this is the only company that you will ever need. I know that I have said a lot in this review. Related to the subfloor and working us in .....AMAZING JOB!!!!! They get infinity stars. If you do not choose this company......that's on you---your bad.. BUT WE VERY HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM... I cannot say enough positive things about them...... Chose this company for your floors...you will not be disappointed... I promise you that. Next they are going to replace out kitchen floor and paint our entire house so stay tuned.. We are very excited. .will keep you posted!!!!!

Very good solid work, it was phenomenal work, very impressed with work, will hire again for any work needed around the house.

Ed and Jennifer did an AMAZING job on our subway tile/backslash in our kitchen. Very professional, honest at a very reasonable price! Definitely using them again for many projects we have planned in the next few months.
