We really like the guy who came. Here, we are required to have a termite inspection as a contract. And to switch it over to somebody else is a big cost. He recommended that we stay with the company that was already listed with the house because he didn't want us to have to pay extra money to switch over to him. This man could've made more money if we'd switched him to be the termite service as well, but he gave that up to save us money. He was really great.
