Terrible. TERRIBLE. There is one man in the service dept that knows what he's doing but the rest are clueless. Service desk employee I dealt with did not pay one bit of attention to what I said. They tried to sell me a reservoir when I told them the pump was leaking. Then they said it was a loose wire. When I asked them how a loose wire could cause my leak, they had no answer but charged me $98 labor. Later when when I went back and told them I wanted a new washer pump installed they quoted me a price of $350. Yes, THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. This is only a WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMP! $350 is obvious price gouging. I said their quote was ludicrous and told them not to touch my car. We found another mechanic who would do it for $25. PRICE GOUGING!! While picking up the car to take it home, my wife overheard the clueless service employee berating another customer over the phone who was also evidently balking at their price gouging. DON'T take your vehicle to these people.
