It went as good as it probably could have, given the situation. I would recommend Dr. Key in a heartbeat. Dr, Key and her whole staff were very professional and calm, dealing with people who were not, seeing as our dog had been horribly injured. They really do care about the animals they treat. I felt like the price was very fair, also. I have felt taken advantage of before when it comes to vets and my animals, but this was definitely not the case at Southwind. Also, one of the ladies who works there, Ms. Teresa, called more than once to check on our dog, several weeks (at least) after his surgery, we thought that was very nice.
This is not our usual vet, it was a Saturday, they had been working that morning, I think they were fixing to leave when I called. My vet was unavailable, and we were very blessed that Dr. Key was able to see us right away.
