Replaced a broken water heater and cleaned up after. Very quick and professional.

I placed a call at 7 AM  and a live voice actually answered the phone that early.  She was very pleasant and said she would contact the service guy on duty and have them call me.  Within 30 minutes a man  called said he would beat my home between 8 to 8:30,  I explained to him I was at work and my elderly sister was at the house but to please contact me on my cell with updates as to the problem.   He wanted to know if I just wanted them to bill me for the work and I told him it would just depend on the cost.  By 9AM, possible sooner I'm not positive he called me, it was just a switch that had gone out, a  $37.00 part.  I was a happy camper about that.  He fixed the AC and I said " Roy, could you do me a favor? "  Woul you help my sister close all the windows?  you can charge me time on the bill, I understand but she can not do it by herself.  he said that would not be necessary and he shut all out windows befor he left my house.  Now in this day and time, that's just good old costumer service in my books!  I have used them before and have gotten the same kind of treatment and if and when I need any heating or cooling work done Roy's is who I will call with no hesitation.  I put their number in my cell phone to have handy.  They could of taken advantage of these two old ladies and sold us a new unit and we probaly would of never known the difference. But for $111.15  they took care of us.

The company responded within 24 hours and moved the unit and returned the day following a call when the work was completed to request the re-installation of the AC unit.  The workers returned within 24 hours and completed their work in a minimal amount of time.  The workers were very professional. I would recommend this company.
