Great. I highly recommend him.

They were very polite, patient, and professional. They removed and replaced a 22 year old heat pump system in just a few hours. I will be hiring them again next year to replace the other old unit for the other section of my house. I would highly recommend their company. They installed an 18 SEER unit with a two stage compressor per my choice.

They completed the service in a very timely manner which was important because it was summer and my unit wasn't cooling my home. They were very nice and professional.

The technisions showed up on time, were very professional even removed their shoes when walking across the carpet. A full service was done on my unit over two hours. my ac now cools the house in half the time. I was very impressed with this company, they definitely earned a new customer.

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professional service. They had a 2 hour minimum but I felt the price was good as there were 2 people working.

Rood is a family-owned (4th-generation) company that provided outstanding service -- from the owner and son driving 3 hours upstate to my house to provide a thorough inspection/evaluation of my property and free estimate, to responding promptly to several phone calls to resolve my questions, to arriving on installation day with two crews to ensure that the installation was completed and quot;same dayand quot;. Due to the nature of this project, the drilling team (a separate company) was to arrive first and take 2-3 days to drill the two wells needed for this installation. Unfortunately, the drill team encountered several issues with the underlying bedrock which led to a two-week stint -- the 40-ft high drill truck was quite the topic of interest for the neighbors! Once the wells were successfully drilled, the Rood team arrived and successfully completed the installation in a single day. All members of both teams were exceptionally courteous and professional.
Final comments: The system runs wonderfully! It is much quieter than my old heat pump and I really like have and quot;freeand quot; hot water as a side benefit to the system. The and quot;up frontand quot; cost for this endeavor was approx. $26,000 -- however, with the 30% Energy Rebate, the final cost will be slightly over $18,000. The new system is rated as being at least 50% more efficient than my old one.

It was a good experience. They are nice and courteous. They aren't in and out. They take their time and do inside and outside work. They know what they are doing. They were here when they said they would be here.

They cleaned my unit and are about the best firm like this in the area. I will use them again in the future.
