Keith and his assistant were on time for work and completed it in a timely fashion. They were both pleasant and professional and did good work. No complaints.

I bought the house from a builder that used this electrician and I do not know the price (in my opinion whatever the price it was too much) . When issues arose he was very unresponsive. When he did decide to contact us, about two months later, he did so when he was in route to my home. He expected me to wait for this long and then ask how high when he said jump. I have a real life too Mr. Thomas. He then told my builder that he would never return to my home because some one was not there to let him in. He gave about 20 minutes notice of his pending arrival. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is the only electrician on earth I will never hire in my life! Highly UN-Recommended!!!!

Toby arrived on time, performed the work well, and answers any and all questions cheerfully. We highly recommend his work and already have plans to use him again.

The electrical outlets in one room were out. I called 2 other electricians and lefts messages. Neither returned my call. Keith answered his own phone and although he could have been a bit more professional on the phone (he answered with and quot;helloand quot; so I wasn't sure I'd reached the right number) he was courteous and set a time and date to come over.
He called before arriving, was very personable yet still professional, and quickly got to work. He found the problem using good problem solving and critical thinking skills. The problem was only a lose screw in a light switch. He quickly fixed it, cleaned up after himself, and then agreed to look at our broken doorbell as well.
He had quoted a service call charge or $65.00 for an hour, but because the job was small, and took less time, he only charged $50.00. We paid $55.00 because we were very happy with the service.
I'll definitely call Keith for future electrical needs.
