arrived promptly. Tech was able to diagnose problem immediately. He fixed it on the spot. I was very happy with the service. I used them to work on my dryer last year. I was happy with that service as well. I will use Hollingsworth any time I need an appliance repaired.

The diagnosis of the problem was tricky and took 3 visits but now all is repaired and seems to be making the correct noises for ice to begin being produced. Provider was diligent with follow up and worked to isolate problem to get the appliance functional.
