FORD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

It is now 45 days and still have yet to get my refund. NOW, They are lying and said my son colored on all of the walls...I had them send me the pictures. THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP!!!! Nit picky and just not an honest business and refuse to refund my deposit. I wish I had seen reviews of this place before I started renting from them back in 2014. I always paid my rent early and rarely called unless it was absolutely necessary. They broke the state laws of renter's rights and think they are above reproach.

I was pleased with the guy that did the work; however, I wasn't pleased that it took over 6 months and a phone call to the attorney general's office just to get them done.  If I hadn't contacted the AG of Arkansas, the repairs would have never been done.  Don't rent from Ford Property Management.  Barbara is a slum lord.

Although the ladies themselves are nice, they absolutely do not take care of the renters. The property I am at had the light/ ceiling fan go out in the living room- this is the only light in the living room. Well it's been out since beginning November and we call twice a week and always get an excuse. Although it may not seem like a big deal it is a pain having s small lamp as the only light in the living room for almost 4 months. When a simple visit with a new fan would have solved the problem.
The neighbour in the house next to us was having plumbing issues to where the toilets and baths were not draining. They waited almost a month and moved out. It wasn't until a few weeks after that someone came and dug up all the lines outside and fixed it.
Anyways when your paying someone $650 a month you expect better service.
