Our dryer went down and we brought it in for service the did a complete diagnosis and determined the parts would be more than us purchasing a newer dryer for less money! Jerry and Lisa Were very nice!

My refrigerator had quit cooling so I called all in one appliance the lady that answered the phone told me that they only do in shop repairs and I would need to bring in for service ,I explained to her that I did not have a truck and no way to bring it in and all my food was going to spoil so she scheduled a technician to come to my house he showed up at my house in less than a hour and fixed my refrigerator.I was happy with the service and would recommend to anyone that needs appliance repair.

Never arrived to perform service scheduled for Oct. 15, never called to cancel or reschedule. Called them and rescheduled for Oct. 17. Did not show up on Oct. 17, never called to cancel or reschedule.
Description of Work
Set up appointments twice on October 15 and 17 for diagnostics on a cooktop and oven.
