Very dissatisfied. Unable to hang blings with how windows are installed and and due to how much vinyl is taking up space. Already having problems with windows locking. BIg safety issue. I will not recommend this company. They tell the installer what to say. It’s creepy! LOOK AT GOOGLE REVIEW at posted PICTURES!

The job was done well, they cleaned up, they offered a Walmart card, they are true to their words and they me offered $100 check.

It went well. It didn?t take much time to do it. They were prompt, came when they said they would, and it didn?t take as long as they thought. They showed me how to work and clean the windows, as well as how to keep them from being opened. Gave me a gift card to Wal-Mart and two large containers of Windex.

We love the windows, BUT, they have a ghost like leakage between the pains.  When the cold weather came 2 of the sashes leaked.  Leaked meaning there was moisture between the pains of glass. You can not wipe it off, on the inside or outside.  The moisture is between the glass.   When we first reported this,  they immediately sent us two new sashes.  The next cold front came through and we have even more sashes leaking.  We have been talking to Windows USA for weeks now and they keep giving us excuses as to why the windows are doing this.  They blame our house....they blame how we heat our house.....but yet not ALL the windows are doing it.  The company sends folks to the house but by that time, the weather has warmed up and the ghost like haze is gone.  We have taken pictures and sent them but they don't seem to help. 
This company works on a referral program, they continue to call us with hopes that we have friends lined up for new windows and we keep telling them we can not refer as long as we are having trouble.  That person will tell us, that he will get everything set right, but yet nothing happens.  Then in a few weeks the same referral man will call, asking for referrals, and again we will tell him about the problems, and again he will state that he will get things fixed for us, but nothing.   
Today my husband , called the company, again, and they said they would replace all the bad sashes.  But soon after that call he got another call from the Vice President of the company and he said before we replace the sashes we will send a representative out to our house.  This will be the 3rd time a rep has come to the house to now avail.

I had a new painter give me an estimate on painting the exterior of the house.  Our wood windows needed painting every year. We could not keep primer and paint on them.  He suggested Windows USA.  The painter himself had just had them installed at his house.  He told me they use a referral program.
Through Windows USA referral program I made an appointment giving the painter's name as my reference.  When they set up the appointment, they made sure to tell us it was a 2 hour demonstration and asked if we had any other plans for that evening.  They also required both owners of the home to be there which is reasonable.
The salesman Scott was prompt and professional.  We received a gift certificate for listening to the demonstration and that was taken care of first.  He went through his demonstration.  We were ready to purchase windows so the sales pitch was not over done but we could see where it could become a push.  We knew the windows would pay for themselves in a couple of years by not having to paint every year not to mention the heat and a/c savings.  We have an alarm system and the salesman said we might have to make some adjustments to the magnet connectors.
Heidi called to introduce herself as our customer service representative a couple of days after purchase.  Went over our window order to make sure the order was correct for manufacturing.  Heidi called a couple of times to remind us the windows were being manufactured and to keep open a couple of days for installation.  I had marked landscape plants and irrigation with red flags so they wouldn't accidently walk on them which worked good.  Due to rain, we had to reschedule a couple of times.  The crew was on time.  The crew leader and I went over the order once again. The crew was made aware of our two inside cats. They went to work and made sure they kept the doors closed and windows were placed in quickly.  The crew was quite only talked about what they were doing, a few text messages but nothing that interfered with their work.  Very, very professional, the best I have seen.  Cleaned up after themselves inside and out.  They left a few tools over night since they needed to come back a second day to complete.  Removed 18 windows, checked for wood rot, insulated around wood and installed new windows in less than two days!  One of the crew walked me through how to open and close each window as we inspected all 18 window installations.  The windows are great, our house is very quite compared to what it was.  I asked what kind of caulk they used in case I needed to replace or if we get a crack in the caulk.  The crew leader said call the company and they will come out and fix it! Lifetime Warranty. The crew liked the company they worked for and you could tell it.
The alarm system did need to be adjusted.  The Windows USA crew did exactly what need to be done for the alarm system to come in and adjust.  There was an additional cost from our alarm system for this but we were told this up front.
We were invited to come to the manufacturing plant anytime for a tour.
They have called us a couple of times about the referral plan - wanting names of people interested.  Close to being pushy since we will only give the names of people that are truly interested in replacing their windows.
I can't help but talk about how wonderful the windows are and will continue!

Installers were very professional and super nice. I do not like the fact you have to Jew them for the price. They need a price chart that is the same for everyone. I would not use them again, but if I needed an installer and the people did not work for Windows USA I would call them. They were great.

It went very well. They replaced the existing wooden windows with vinyl. They were prompt. They came when they said they would and finished within a short amount of time. They finished within a day when some of the other companies said it would take two days and one said it would take five days. They did a good job. They were higher in price than some of the other companies, but their service was better.

I would recommend Windows USA. The window installers were exceptionally good. They did a fantastic job.

We liked their quality. We had leaking problems before and now the leaking problems have gone away. We are very happy with the windows they put in. They were very speedy installing the windows and pleasant.

I am very satisfied with the work. They have a deal where they will come and show them to us. For this showing they gave us a $100 gift certificate to wal mart. For anyone that you recommend them too, they will receive a $100 wal mart gift card as well plus I receive one as well. This to me is a great incentive. They cleaned up after themselves and I had no problems.

They were absolutely terrible. Someone referred them to us and it was horrible. It was a horrible experience. The installers pulled up in our driveway in a camper-type trailer and plugged into our electricity and used our showers. The windows are okay. The installation itself and the product were acceptable but the experience with the installers just kind of ruined the product for me. So, I wouldn't recommend them. I sent them a letter stating that I thought the product was acceptable but the installation process was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They did send me $500 worth of gift cards. I received feedback for my letter probably about six months later because I used the gift cards for Christmas. There are warranties regarding the work.

They gave me a great demonstration and showed me all the features.  I was very impressed.  The windows look so nice.  They are very easy to take up.  They are heavily insulated for cold and hot.  There was a big difference in my electric bill this window.  I was very pleased with the workman ship and the quality of the windows themselves.  They were expensive, but well worth it.

I would recommend them to anyone. I ended up using them because my nephew has used them. It was kind of referral process that if he gave them our name and then if we use them he got a rebate or something like that. They are after you to get that referral names. It was kind of pain for me. I don’t like that type of service as I pay the money. Their quality of work was excellent.

They were a little pricey, but we loved the product. The only thing that we didn't like was that they have this gimmick where they say, "we will give you all these windows for $30,000 but if you buy today we will slash it in half." Well, the half is only what it is worth any way, so it is a terrible pitch. I really liked the windows. They were energy efficient and I saw that immediately, so that was great. I did not like, and do not like, that they still call because their business is trying to get us to refer clients, and that is fine but we keep telling them what we are not from Texas so we don't know anyone from here; it is what it is. In comparison, their price is a "C" because of there being so much competition in Texas someone can find a lower price; we probably could have gotten a better deal. Some of the window sills were cracked after they did the work, so they had to come back to patch up some things.

They came on time, did one window at a time, It was July in TX. (Air condition was on) cleaned up outside and moved and put back furniture in the inside and re-hung the curtains and drapes. Over all did a good job. My only concern it was a very hard sell and I only wonder if other company could have done it a bit more cheaper. The windows have a very good guarantee, and it is transferable if we move. If a window needs replacement, they will do it at no cost. Over-all good job.

We were given an estimate for the cost of the windows and it was very reasonable. They sent a man to our home to do the measuring for the windows and then they set up an appointment time to do the installation. The windows were installed very quickly and we are happy with them.
