BOB'S FULL SERVICE

Great job! Would highly recommend

This business is small and getting an appointment is sometimes a problem. They have a lot of business. I am willing to wait because i trust the mechanics. I have had door alarms fixed. I have also had ignition problems repaired there. Reasonable prices and dependable service.

We have used Bob's since we moved to Little Rock 3 years ago after getting recommendations from friends. His shop is located out in the country, but worth the drive. We have taken 4 of our cars to him, and several times he recommended that we take the cars to a specialty shop since they could do the job more cheaply then he could (brakes for example.) Also, a few times he has made very inexpensive repairs rather than gouging us. We totally trust him and will continue to use him. You have to call ahead of time and make an appointment, but he gets your car done in a timely manner.

I can't say enough good things about Krones. They are respectful, honest and loyal and they do great work on Oldsmobile cars. They even service all kinds of cars. I like this business for several reasons. Firstly, they have been around for a while. Now, the son works there so it is a family business. Second, they care about their customers. Thirdly, they charge more than fair prices so that you feel good about what you are paying for the services rendered. Finally, the quality of work done is absolutely the best around.
