Pool and Spa Servicing
I love my hot tub but I did not like the service we received from them. When they came to install it, they were supposed to sit down and explain everything and how to work it. They said that they had to leave but would make an appointment to come back out and explain everything. A few days had passed and I had not heard anything from them so I called the company and it seemed like they were avoiding me. I had to learn to use it myself. They really need some help in the customer service department.
