.Wow! I made the appt, showed up on time, in less than 30 minutes they checked everything for my 30K mile maintenance, rotated the tires, and washed my car. Beats the HECK out of using the Lexus dealership 2 hours away!

It didn't cost me anything, as it is part of the warranty on the car. I would recommend them, because they are good at what they do, and the service is excellent. I haven't had any issues at all.

The staff is not overly friendly, but gets things done. It takes about an hour to get an oil change. They do wash your car with each service and send service reminders.

I have been using Toyota of NWA for all of my routine maintenance, repairs and tires on my 2006 Camry. They have always been very responsive, helpful, quick and thorough every time I've taken my car in. I definitely recommend them.

They were nice but horrible cost -
1. they charged 50 dollars just to scan the problem code. (toyota of fayetteville did this free)
2 they Charged $500 dollars for the replacement part (after consulting with fayetteville toyota the exact same work would cost me $232.00 they explained the part wa 78 dollars and the coolant would cost 25 and the rest was labor and taxes I got no out line from Toyota of Bentonville)
3 After looking at their vehicles they are all overpriced and they want to sit you down and do the 4 box deal that ensures they get the most money our of you.
4. They act like they are trying to service you but they will try to squeeze every penny out of you.
5. I will never go there again.
