My bathroom sink was only 8mo old and the stopper worked just fine before Craig showed up. He used the snake and broke my stopper. Then charged me $379.00 to replace it even though he broke it. You can buy one at Home Depot for $25.00. He also works with the door shut the entire time so you can’t see what he is doing. You can form your own opinion about that.

Look elsewhere. Service Tech did great work, but charged nearly $500 for 20 minutes of total combined time on 2 visits. Was provided a worse case quote if substantial other work was necessary then charged full amount even though no additional work required. 3 Separate calls to the office led nowhere. Poor business practice in my opinion - won't call again.

Extremely well. The service man was on time, and actually completed work to make the process earlier in the future.

We had been incredibly frustrated all that day trying to get a plumber through our home warranty company. Finally just started calling plumbers directly and the wonderful lady who answered the phone said that they were booked that day but referred us to someone else. Said to call back if the referral couldn't do it. We tried calling the referral but couldn't get through immediately (although he did eventually call back) so we called Town and Country again. She had a plumber nearby who had just finished a job early and sent him to us. This was late on a Friday afternoon and we were looking at a weekend with no hot water. The plumber was polite, efficient, and got our hot water heater relit. Although it was not a permanent fix (it turned out we had a bad thermocouple), he got us up and running on short notice.

I think they are friendly and very much assisting to your needs. They come when you need them to, no waiting.
