I've been selling online for 14 years, and while the Box Barn was owned by Mr. Stribling, this was my go-to place for everything. Friendliness and customer service combined nicely with decent prices made it an establishment I enjoyed supporting, as they also supported me and my small business. Lately, all we get from this Box Barn place, either by phone or in person, is rudeness (ie. "hold on a second and I'll get a price".... then a bunch of loud Hispanic gibberish in the background just before the phone goes dead) and a complete lack of any box size we need. I understand mark-up more than most folks, but charging me $5.25 for a box I can order from Uline for $1.69 is excessive. When they don't even carry standard 26x5x15 comforter/blanket boxes, nor 10x10x15 rectangular boxes, and I'm insulted by being told that MY shipping calculators are off and the USPS does not charge extra for zoned priority mail, it is more than irksome.
