I went to 3 different hairstylists. The first stylist did a good job but left the salon. The second stylist I loved, loved, loved! She also left salon and I followed her to her new salon. Then she moved far away. ?. Went back to T Michael's and had a really bad color. When I saw the first stylist the owner of the salon came over to him and started discussing the problems that he was having building a clientele, he was new to area. It upset the stylist for her discussing that while he was coloring my hair. I thought that was very unprofessional of the owner. I have been told that that owner has since sold the salon. I would try the salon again but not seek the services of the 3rd stylist that I saw.

I found them on Angie's List, and he was excellent. My husband just loves my hair. The stylist was Rhonda, and what I liked was, when I called them, I told them that I was 60, I am 5ft 10, and I have red hair, and that is what they had to work with. It is not the easiest profile to deal with, and I asked if they had a stylist who was used to dealing with curly red hair, and middle aged women. She said yes, because she is in her 40s. I told her to make me look pretty and look 40. I let her do the low lights in my hair instead of dyeing it, and she gave me a wedge cut, and made me look 48. She was great, she was there on time, and she got me in and out in the 2 hour time period.

My appoint. was scheduled for 2pm. I was on my way to the Salon when the lady scheduled to do my cut/color called and asked if I could come in at 2:30 because she was running late with another client. I arrived at 2:30 and sat out in the lobby until 2:50. The hair stylist did not come out and tell me she was still running late so I asked someone else. They went to check it out and asked me if another person (Chad) could do my color/cut. At that point, I was ready to leave but decided to give Chad a try since I had driven in.
Chad did a wonderful job! The first lady never did come by and apologize for leaving me sit there so long. I felt that was very unprofessional. It is an amazing how far an apology would have went. I will go back to see Chad but not recommend the first lady to anyone.

My experience was great. She is excellent. She takes time to do my hair the way I like it. She always does a really good cut. I always just get a cut and she always does it great.

We moved here recently and I looked to Angie's list to find a salon/stylist. I had a haircut/style with Kelly. She did an excellent job. I'd definitely recommend her. She took her time making sure my cut was perfect. The salon was very nice, I will definitely be back!

Kelly, was my stylist today. I spent three hours in her chair, for a color block, and cut. I liked the attention to the cut, they style, and she applied the color with precision. I would go back to see Kelly again. I appreciated that when the color wasn't quite right that she took the time to go back and redo some of the sections to get the effect I was going for.

Heather is amazing...She takes a simple hair washing and makes it amazing with a scalp massage. Her color skills are AMAZING... I have never found someone who can make my ahir as beautiful as she does!

I booked an appointment with my daughter, and was told Tim was going to be her stylist. When we got the the salon he was not there. The salon were scrambling to find out where he was. He showed up 45 minutes after the appointment complaining that he usually didn't take clients till ten in the morning. I had brought pictures of exactly what my daughter wanted. Granted she wanted blue high lights, and a layered cut, but a professional would be able to do it. Tim bleached the sections of hair, and applied the color, commenting that it didn't look the way it usually does, but we will see once its done processing. He washed, then cut my daughters hair. He was so rough she was in tears by the time the blow out and final touch ups were done to the cut. He kept commenting that he has a way of doing things and that if she cant take it then she needs to have another stylist. The color didn't not deposit evenly, but Tim refused to fix the problems. He marched us up to the cash stand to pay and then badgered for a tip. I was so upset, and my daughter was crying when we left. I would never use this stylist again.

Coreina Garrett is fantastic!!! I liked her from the moment I met her. She is very personable and I can tell she's very passionate about her job. I just move from KC and when I meet a good stylist I stay with them....I'll be using her for a long time. Give her a try i'm sure you'll feel the same.

T. Michaels was the only salon in the area I could find more than one or two reviews about; as I'm new to NWA, I decided I would take a chance and make an appointment. I was at first pleasantly surprised when they could work me in on the day I called, but then started to worry...wasn't it a bad sign when a stylist had so few appointments that she could fit you in immediately? I worried needlessly. The only reason Heather, my stylist, had an opening so soon is because she's new to the area and is still working on building up her clientele. I predict I will need to call weeks in advance pretty soon; she is AWESOME and is sure to be in demand very soon. She is great at asking what you want but still offering her advice and suggestions when asked. I love the cut, love the color. It's been about three weeks now and I'm still in love with both. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with her should you need a new stylist; you won't be disappointed.

Heather is a wonderful stylist with outstanding education and credentials! She pays close attention to what she is doing, is very attentive to details and takes her time. She has cut my hair twice and both times I have been very happy with the results! I have very difficult hair to handle because it is very thick and wavy/curly. So, when I recommend a stylist you can bet that you will be happy too!!! Also, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is relaxed.

New to area and googled for hair salon reviews. Saw several positive reviews for Sheila, so called and got in that day. Was wanting to go shorter but not sure how short. She offered several suggestions and did a great job implementing exactly what we discussed. She did not suggest or press for products, but I will ask next time because I notice improved hair texture the following week.

Sheila Petit is WONDERFUL to work with - she knows her stuff, and provide guidance on color or style, both of which are on-point. She works with you to create a look that is flattering. She is now cutting my husband's hair, who looks fantastic each time he leaves the salon.

We just moved here and I went to the hair stylist which I liked them and I did enjoy them. I had to take my granddaughter with me because we were going out of town and they were very wonderful with kids being in there. It was a good experience, they don't really rush you here to get you in and out, they are really like that everywhere around here. She did a very good job, took her time and listened to me about my hair. My hair lays gorgeously, it lays great. She did a good job, she was very kind and patient with my granddaughter who was moving all around.
