I appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service of Raines Tree Care. David provided me a thorough estimate and explained issues with my large maple trees that could have led to them splitting in the future based on how they were growing and the lack of proper pruning when they were young. He explained there were options to prevent the splitting with some additional steps that I did not hear from other tree service providers. They did all the work in one day while I was at work and it was done exactly as he indicated. They removed all the prunings and debris leaving the yard exactly as it looked that morning.

The reasons we use Raines tree care exclusively here at Crystal Bridges Museum are based on their overall tree knowledge, skill and professionalism. This company is simply the best arbor culture company that we have ever had work on our Trails and Grounds. We manage over 120 acres of typical Ozark hardwood forest that completely surrounds our facilities and therefore encounter every kind of tree problem possible. Raines tree care have handled every issue we have presented with perfect service, outstanding safety and reasonable pricing. Very professional estimate, gave us a clear picture of what would be done and the benefits. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us the guidance to understand how it could best be done, and what was important for the health of our trees. Scheduling was easy, and I felt comfortable having the work done while we weren't home. The results were amazing, we can now walk under our 20ft maple, and what was a 10ft "bush" of 3 redbuds twined around each other now look like trees, and the places where limbs were growing into other trunks have been corrected and the trees are happier! Our 8ft cherry is also much more attractive and balanced after pruning. Extremely satisfied, extremely glad we chose Raines! Would highly recommend for anyone needing tree care from a company that actually cares about your trees and not just the money.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They completed my job in under 3 hours and were extremely tidy in the clean up. I was so impressed with the speed and cleanliness of their work! I would highly recommend Raines Tree Care to anyone needing professional tree care services.

Using this service was a dream come true from the first contact when giving the estimate to the final day of stump removal. They were professional, quick, and very reasonably priced. David Raines knew what he was doing, was in and out in no time (I wasn't even home) and communicated with me very well keeping me posted on time of arrival. He also kept me informed of when the stump removal would happen and that I wouldn't be billed until after the stumps were gone. I will absolutely use David Raines again. I had heard so many horror stories of tree removals in Bella Vista and so it took some time for me to make a decision. David Raines is the right one.

I am very pleased with my decision to use Raines. David was very responsive, very knowledgeable and a reasonable price. His team did an excellent job of performing the work that was requested and did a very good job of cleaning up. You couldn't even tell they had been there! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

David Rains came by and provided an estimate for the tree work needing to be performed. A few days later he was back with his full team. His guys were very skillful, meticulous, and efficient in the performance of the job. They were also polite. They cleaned up the site thoroughly and were on there way. I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them. They are true professionals. They also have arborist backgrounds and know what they are talking about when it comes to tree pruning.

David and his team are ON TIME, PUNCTUAL and PROFESSIONAL not to mention friendly and they really do care for the environment. David knows what he is doing and does the work he promises to do while taking excellent care of our trees. If you drove by my house you would just think our trees were naturally perfect...they never look like they have been butchered! I would recommend David and his crew a million times!

We were very impressed with David's knowledge and recommendations. Unquestionably, he knows trees and was able to make specific recommendations as to which trees should be removed, which should be trimmed and which should be left alone. The job went very well and the crew was efficient, careful and left the yard neat and tidy. No problems whatsoever. Overall opinion based on my experience with this company: Very professional and highly recommended.

David called within a few hours of my request and came out the next morning. We tried to figure out a way to save one of our favorite trees, but were unsuccessful. David is a Certified Arborist and I appreciate the fact that he tried to help us save the tree rather than just "take it out". (by the way, he is also an artist....) Everything was excellent !! Trees were removed, stumps ground and everything was good as new. It's as if the trees were never there. I will definitely use Raines Tree Service again. Thanks David !!

The men arrived on time, performed their jobs in professional manner and were courteous.

We just had a several days of rain and storms. A large branch off a mature tree was dangling close to the front of my house. I called David (I've used him before) and he got a crew out there in the same day. Awesome responsiveness, and professional (as always.)

Very responsive, great guy to work with and super reasonable cost in our opinion. I would call him again without hesitation. We are super happy and amazed by the quality of work he does. Now our trees look appropriate for the space, nicely trimmed and they don't look severely cropped or hacked. Even our neighbors commented what a nice job they did. Just wish we would have called him about 3 yrs ago!!

They did it with precision to day they least. |They were here on time and cleaned up perfect. They even did a trim on a tree for me and did not charge for it.

David and crew were prompt and did a thorough, clean job. They worked quickly but safely. He had to cross our yard with a small vehicle to haul away the trunks and larger branches from several dead trees surrounding the property. There was no evidence that anything had crossed the yard...NO tire tracks. Lots of care in the taking down and moving of the trees. He also suggested leaving a "roof"on a topped dead tree so the holes in the snag that were bird's homes would remain dry. We just think the world of David and recommend him to all our friends. We will always call Raines Tree Care.

David gave me an estimate after walking my property, and there were no surprises after the work was completed. He told me when he was available to do the work, called me the day before he was expected, and showed up early the next day. His crew was friendly, efficient, and cleaned up my yard when done. They hauled off all the debris. My trees look better, and I'm hoping that they will survive, with David's help, last year's drought, a lightning strike and the construction of my home. I will definitely call Raines Tree Care again when needed.

I called Mr. Raines and told him my problem. He came out within the hour and gave me a price. From having read other Angies list reviews, I didn't think that was out of order. It was a Saturday, and he said he could get to it first thing Monday morning. Since I had the limb leaning on my house, I didn't get another estimate. He was punctual and did a very good job. He and his helper had all the limbs shredded and the yard raked by 5:30 p.m. or 6:00p.m. I will get other estimates if I need trees trimmed again, but any candidates will have to have the proper credentials as Mr. Raines does, and price would not be the main factor. I recommend him as a man of his word and very professional.

Called in late pm. He returned call on same day in early evening. I described the problems I was having with a very large black walnut tree in our back yard. He spent probably 15 to 20 minutes with me on the phone describing the probable diagnosis and solutions. He did offer to come out but did not feel it necessary for me to pay an evaluation fee. As a trained arborist I trusted his opinion and would certainly use him for any future problems.

I was away from home when they, his crew, came to do the work originally. We have used David Raines in the past, and know he is dependable. This was a relatively minor job and I did call him back when I got home a few days after they had been there, as I thought there should be removal of a few more branches. David himself came and quickly trimmed out those branches, and hauled them away. He always returns calls promptly, comes ready to give an estimate and schedule a time for service. Friendly, polite, very competent....certified arborist which is important. We'll have him back as necessary to keep those oaks cleaned up!

They arrived promptly and got right to work. They completed the work exactly as requested. Cleanup was complete. They were nice to work with. I definitely would use them again.

Very impressed with their service. They arrived on time and the crew of 4 jumped in to quickly complete the job. It took them 4 hours from start to finish to remove the tree. They also cleaned up everything when they were done. After the tree was removed the stump grinder finished the job in a very professional manner as well. I would definately use them again.

See above statement. David is a professional through and through. He arrived on time, did what he said he would and was flexible enough to add to what we originally asked for. His work was fast and done cleanly. His price was fair. We will call him back in the spring to do more work when we see what other trees may be stricken with the drought. We have lived in two states and hired our share of tree folks, but I will say that David is the best we have ever had. Thank you Raines Tree Service.
